I booked a standard twin room that came with complimentary drinks and coffee, and let me tell you, it was a pleasant surprise! 🌟 the breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

The whole place had a quiet atmosphere and I would stay here again. I truly enjoyed staying in this modernlovely family run hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory with nice croissants and the food was exceptional;))

The venue was beautiful old and modern, I greatly enjoyed the location right by the roundabout on the road from Como to Cernobbio, and Easy to find, and street views. The rooms were huge and neat, had feather pillows. The bed was comfortable, a bidet worked well. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent there, so close to the center...

I always keep coming back for the great service and friendly staff. They helped me with plug adaptors on my first stay. The hotel has everything I need – Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar, restaurant, and more. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

This place is conveniently located near a restaurant and a lovely café, with a comfy bed and spacious room.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the lake and the village center. It made it so convenient for us to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice bedding and modern fixtures in the bathroom. We especially loved the small balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. Another great aspect was the friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The service throughout our stay was impeccable.

There were a few things that we didn't like about our experience. First, we weren't fans of having two beds pushed together in the room.

The bedroom at this hotel was mind-blowingly clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The manager even gave me a lift to a restaurant when theirs was closed. The dinner selection was jaw-dropping with a great variety of wines. The room itself was quite large and had a cozy balcony. The bathroom was very clean and the coffee served was excellent. The hotel is easy to find with ample parking and has a charming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. The restaurant served exceptional food and the service could not be faulted. The location is a short walk to the center and the lake front. my experience was fantastic!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Terzo Crotto. The location was excellent, with beautiful surroundings and a short walk to the lake and local attractions. The staff, especially Adriana at reception, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and had a wonderful view. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, with Marco, the waiter, providing excellent recommendations for local wines. The cozy atmosphere and visit to the wine cellar made the evening even more special. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our Easter stay was a wonderful experience! the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful lake and its surroundings. the hotel offered great coffee and a parking place for any size of vehicle. We also enjoyed the lush greenery around the hotel's premises.

the shower head in our room was not working properly and we had limited breakfast options as most of the items had run out before we arrived.
